Vendor Agreement
This Vendor Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the NC Rib Festival at W.B. Ennis Park in Red Oak, NC, on October 3rd, 2026.
Set-Up and Logistics
Vendors are responsible for providing all of their own equipment, including professional-grade tents, tables, and chairs. Vendor set-up begins at 8:00 am, and all participants must be checked in by 9:00 am. All booths must be fully set up and ready for official inspections by 10:30 am. Please note that the NC Rib Festival reserves the right to implement an assigned, staggered check-in and set-up schedule if necessary to ensure a smooth morning transition.
Utilities and Site Restrictions
Please be advised that no electricity or water is available on-site. Generators are generally prohibited to maintain the atmosphere of the park; exceptions are made strictly for food trucks and must adhere to specific safety guidelines. Vendors must check in upon arrival and strictly follow the designated vendor map, which will be distributed via email 14 days prior to the event. Driving is strictly prohibited outside of designated loading areas, and vendors are responsible for transporting all equipment to their assigned booth space.
Weather and Refund Policy
The NC Rib Festival reserves the right to postpone, shorten, or relocate the event due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, vendors are responsible for attending the rescheduled event at the designated time or location. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-participation due to event changes, weather, or vendor-initiated cancellations.
Attendance and Clean-Up
Reliability is key to a successful festival. Vendors are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they are unable to attend; failure to do so will result in a $50 no-show fee. Booth sharing is strictly prohibited. The festival concludes at 4:00 pm, and all vendors must vacate the premises by 5:30 pm, leaving their assigned space clean and free of damage. Failure to leave a clean site will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee. A festival representative must sign off on your space before your final departure.
